Can I simply schedule my pick up and you figure it out for me?

Absolutely! After all - we want to make your life easier not harder. Just click SCHEDULE MY DRIVER NOW! , answer a few preference questions and we will take it from there! 

Do you service any other city at the moment?

We are always adding new cities to our service area, to see if your city is available check out the Cities We Service!

Do I have to separate my colors and whites?

Not at all... we are happy to sort your clothes for you!


If you do have clothes that need special treatment, please let us know in the Special Notes/ Instructions on your order form.

How do I pay for my service?

  

Once your order is processed you will receive an email with your completed invoice.  At the bottom there is a payment option that  will take you to the payment page. 

Do you have any special deals?

If I plan not to be home, can I choose to have my delivery left at my unattended location?

Absolutely! You'll always get a text message when laundry is picked up or dropped off. 


Please inform us however, if you would NOT like for your bins to be left where we picked up your laundry. 

Can you pick up my laundry from my office?

Absolutely! As long as your home or office is within the cities we serve. 

How is the laundry weighed?

  

All our attendants are equipped with USPS grade scales and we round to the nearest 10th of an ounce. We take pictures of the clothes as they are weighed, so there is no guessing the weight.

What do you offer for dress shirts?

The "Business Man on the Go" is a great option for all your button up shirts. This combo includes your shirts being laundered and professionally pressed to the desired starch level. Your set of 5 shirts will be returned on individual hangers and in protective plastic bags for optimal freshness upon delivery. 

What happens if my clothes are lost?

We regret that we are unable to reimburse customers for missing items that we cannot verify. Our liability for any verifiable lost articles shall not exceed 3 times our charge for processing it.  However, please contact us if you cannot find an article of clothing, and we will speak to the attendant who processed your order.  

Does Laundry Out do Dry Cleaning?

At the moment we do not offer dry cleaning service
